These rules (“Rules”) set out the terms for use of the Boehringer Ingelheim Learn (”BI Learn”) and webinars (“Webinars”), which apply to all users. Any access to Webinars or the submission of material by you to BI Learn or a Webinar means that you accept these Rules.

BI Learn is a website operated by Boehringer Ingelheim Limited (Vetmedica Division). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 00711858 and we have our registered office and main trading address at Ellesfield Avenue, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8YS. Our VAT number is GB200356126.

We are regulated by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate.


We will not be responsible as author, editor, publisher or otherwise for the content of any presentation, comment made or opinion expressed by a speaker during a Webinar (“Content”) and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from such Content or the use of the BI Learn or accessing or relying on the content of a Webinar (to the extent permitted by law).


Any contribution made to BI Learn (via asking a question) (a “Contribution”) must not be defamatory of any person; be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory; promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; disclose the name, address, telephone, mobile or fax number, e-mail address or any other personal data in respect of any individual; infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person; breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence; be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person or impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.


By submitting a Contribution to the BI Learn, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that Contribution. Although you will still own the copyright in your Contribution, we will have the right to freely use, edit, reproduce, publish and/or distribute the material contained in your Contribution. This licence will be free of charge, perpetual and capable of sub-licence. By submitting your Contribution to BI Learn, you are warranting that you have the right to grant us the non-exclusive copyright licence described above.


When we consider that a breach of these Rules has occurred, we may at our discretion take such action as we deem appropriate, including temporary or permanent denial of access to the Webinars and BI Learn,

We may revise these Rules at any time. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.
