"The Laminitis Revolution" will be presented by expert veterinary surgeon David Rendle BVSc MVM CertEM(IntMed) DipECEIM MRCVS, from the Liphook Equine Hospital in Hampshire, live at 8.00pm on Wednesday 10 April.
The online broadcast is part of the nationwide 'Talk About Laminitis' disease awareness initiative, supported by the British Horse Society, World Horse Welfare and Redwings. The broadcast is an absolute must for owners of laminitis prone horses looking to help prevent further suffering or irreversible damage to feet. The programme will run for one hour including an interactive Q&A session when you will be able to email in questions for David Rendle to answer live.
Focusing on the Cushing's connection, the second The Laminitis Revolution broadcast will feature presentations by some of the country's leading experts on laminitis, Cushing's disease and nutrition. The hour long programme will take place on Wednesday 9th October at 8pm as part of the nationwide Talk About Laminitis disease awareness initiative, supported by the British Horse Society, Redwings and World Horse Welfare.
The informative topics discussed will be presented by: Dr Jo Ireland, veterinary epidemiologist at The Animal Health Trust, Newmarket; David Rendle, European specialist in Equine Internal Medicine, Liphook Equine Hospital; and Dr. Teresa Hollands, RNutr, Equine Nutritionist.
